What To Expect

Ball Registration

Pre-registration is Required | Attendance is Limited
Registration will close at midnight on Friday, April 17th

First and foremost, this event is about dancing and community. A basic knowledge of English Country Dance figures is required. Dances will be walked-through and prompted at the Ball but not taught.

Rates:
  • $10 (observer only)
  • $15-$25 sliding scale pricing for dancers
We’ve tried to keep our expenses as low as possible to keep things affordable.  We have sliding scale pricing to help make the Ball financially accessible to more people. Please register at a higher price if you are able to do so.

Please consider making an additional donation to support this ball.  Many thanks!

Attendance will be limited to ensure enough space for comfortable dancing. If necessary, there will be a wait list. 

Once your registration is complete, your name will be added to the list of registered participants at the door on the night of the event.

  • If the form "freezes up," please contact the ball coordinators through the Ball Contact Form.
2.  Pay with PAYPAL (see section below) or mail us a CHECK (address below.) 
  • Payments for couples/group/families may be combined into a single payment.
  • Sending us a check reduces our cost for PayPal fees -- thank you for considering this option.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel and your spot can be filled from the waiting list, you will get a full refund. Folks canceling on or before April 15th will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.  For cancellations after April 15th, no refund will be made.  For cancellations due to health or other emergency, please contact the ball coordinators through the Ball Contact Form.
