What To Expect

Ball Registration

Pre-registration is Required | Attendance is Limited
  • Registration for dancers closed at midnight on Friday, April 17th.
  • You may still register as an observer (Whist).
  • Registration for ALL categories will close at 5 pm on Thursday, April 23rd.
  • There will be NO option to register at the door.
Rates: $10 (observer only)

First and foremost, this event is about dancing and community. See What to Expect for more details.

We’ve tried to keep our expenses as low as possible to keep things affordable. Please consider making an additional donation to support this ball.  Many thanks!

Attendance will be limited to ensure enough space for comfortable dancing. If necessary, there will be a wait list. 

Once your registration is complete, your name will be added to the list of registered participants at the door on the night of the event.

Sliding Scale Pricing Explanation

We have sliding scale pricing to help make the Ball financially accessible to more people. Please register at a higher price if you are able to do so. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel and your spot can be filled from the waiting list, you will get a full refund. Folks canceling on or before April 15th will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.  For cancellations after April 15th, no refund will be made.  For cancellations due to health or other emergency, please contact the ball coordinators through the Ball Contact Form.
