What To Expect

The Ball Schedule

Pre-registration is Required | Attendance is Limited

​PRIOR TO THE BALL (Feb 13 to Apr 24)

  • 2nd Friday English Country Dances

  • ​Classes: 4-week sessions of Beginning and Continuing Traditional English Dance classes are offered through Missoula’s Lifelong Learning Center on Wednesday evenings, 7pm – 8:15pm. Beginning starts March 4; Continuing starts April 1 (no foolin’). $25, or $20 if you register 7 days in advance.

  • ​Practice Sessions

    • April 25 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Ball Location

​DAY OF THE BALL (April 25, 2026)​

  • 1:00 - 3:00 pm - Afternoon Practice Session for dancers to recorded music.​

  • 6:30 - 7:00 pm - The Gathering

    • Enjoy punch (non-alcoholic), savory and sweet treats (provided), conversation with dance friends, and live music.

  • 7:00- 10:30 pm - The Ball

    • Attire is your version of Period | Elegant | Dressy | Interesting.

    • Break at the halfway mark. Refreshments include punch (non-alcoholic), savory and sweet treats to enjoy.
